The Trifecta Program is our signature 1:1 coaching experience, designed for former athletes, executives, and high performers who want a structured, data-informed approach to improving body composition, performance, and long-term health.

You will work with two coaches throughout the program:

Jacob — training, nutrition, supplementation, and lab-informed performance strategy

Makenna — mental performance, identity work, goal setting, and habit execution

This program integrates training, nutrition, mental performance, and objective performance data into one cohesive system.

  • All Trifecta clients utilize Vitality Blueprint Performance Labs.

    These are not standard blood panels. Vitality Blueprint evaluates your physiology across 13 functional areas, using performance-based ranges to help guide coaching decisions related to training, recovery, nutrition, stress, and output.

    Labs are used strictly to inform coaching strategy — not for diagnosis or medical treatment.
