With 15+ years in the health and fitness industry, Jacob leads the training, nutrition, and health optimization side of EndGame Performance. He holds extensive experience in strength training, physique development, nutrition coaching, supplementation, and labwork interpretation, and his work centers on building strength, resilience, and habits for sustainable performance.
Jacob takes a data-driven, long-term approach to coaching, helping clients move away from extreme cycles of dieting, overtraining, and quick fixes. He integrates structured training programs, individualized nutrition strategies, recovery protocols, and advanced lab analysis to guide smarter decisions around performance, body composition, and overall health.
Known for his disciplined, straightforward coaching style, Jacob helps high performers understand how their training, nutrition, and internal health markers affect energy, recovery, hormones, and resilience.

Makenna specializes in helping high performers build the mental foundation required for sustainable success. Her work focuses on mental performance, identity development, goal setting, and habit execution—bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, consistently.
With an M.S. in Sport, Exercise, & Performance Psychology, Makenna helps athletes, former athletes, and driven professionals build the mental habits required for sustainable lifestyle change and high-level performance. Her approach emphasizes self-awareness, identity-aligned behavior, and practical systems that hold up when life and work get demanding.
Rather than relying on surface-level mindset tactics, Makenna helps clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, identity, and daily behaviors interact—and how to build routines that support focus, confidence, and execution over the long term.
At EndGame Performance, Makenna leads the mental performance side of the Trifecta system, ensuring clients don’t just chase results—but build the internal framework to sustain them.
